Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete one or more pre-interview activities, such as:
Answering screening questions
Participating in a video or virtual interview activity

You'll have the flexibility to complete these activities on your own schedule. If a deadline is provided, please complete the activity by the requested date to remain under consideration for the position.

Throughout the process, you'll receive timely updates and communications regarding your application status.
step 3:

3. Interview

If you are selected to move forward, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will contact you with interview details.

Interviews may be conducted virtually, in person, or through a combination of both formats, depending on the position and stage of the hiring process. This stage allows us to learn more about your experience, skills, and career goals while giving you an opportunity to learn more about Pacific Life and the role.

We encourage you to review our interview preparation resources to help you put your best foot forward.

We'll keep you informed throughout the process and notify you once a decision has been made.

If you are selected for the position, congratulations! Your Talent Acquisition Partner will guide you through the offer process and provide information about the next steps to begin your journey with Pacific Life.

As part of our standard hiring process, candidates receiving an offer will be required to complete a background screening, which may include criminal history, education, employment verification, and other role-specific requirements.

If you are not selected, we encourage you to remain connected with us through our Talent Community and continue exploring future opportunities across Pacific Life, Pacific Life Re, and UnderwriteMe.
